The East Point College of Medical Sciences & Research Centre have been established this committee with the consent of RGUHS.

It is quite likely that students may have complaints or grievances with respect to academic activities, library, messing, canteen, teaching learning process and allied maters. It is also natural that the members of the staff, patients and also attendants of the patients in the teaching and tertiary hospital may have problems which will have to be resolved by the redressal machinery. Such grievances will have to be addressed by the Grievances Redressal Committee for solving the complaints. The Committee has been reconstituted as follows:

The committee shall take cognizance of the grievances received on two forums via at the College and Hospital. If the gravity of the complaint or grievance is minor, it could be resolved at the individual level by the concerned HOD by referring it to appropriate authority. In case the same is more serious the matter should be referred to the redressal committee who shall attend to it immediately.

The meetings of the committee shall be held as frequently as may be deemed expedient as and when grievances are received or at least once in three month. The recommendations of the Committee shall be submitted to the Management or referred to the concerned functionaries for immediate solutions.
